Community Outreach

We greatly value our community and the ways God has created opportunities to come alongside and serve those in and around Lebanon.

Community Meals: On the 4th Wednesday of every month, Antioch partners with other local ministries to serve meals to the community.  For more information on how to donate food and/or help serve the meal, please contact sprague.ec@gmail.com

Homework Club: Every Wednesday at La Luz Apartments, from 3:00-4:15, volunteers from Antioch help run a Homework Club for students from Kindergarten through High School.  For more information on how to volunteer please contact Laura Kinsey mkinsey@zoomtown.com

Food Pantry & Free Store: The Lebanon Free Store (free clothing) is in need of patient, kind-hearted folks to help with clothing donations and speak a kind word to other volunteers and those who make use of our services. No outside prep or follow-up, just show up to help!  Awesome ministry serving approximately 250 local, needy families a month. Wednesday evenings 6-8 pm. Sign up for one or more Wednesday evenings a month, or be put on a substitute volunteer list! Official volunteers need to be of at least 18 years (we do take younger teens from time to time), and hours spent can count toward community volunteer hour requirements. Come check us out at 190 New St., Lebanon, OH  45036. (The white Academy Building next to the post office–operating out of the same building as the Lebanon Food Pantry). For questions or to sign up call Sheryl Schroder any day before 9:00pm at 513-836-3266 or e-mail rschroder@earthlink.net

Interfaith: Do you have a heart to care for those who are without a home or don’t know where their next meal will come from?

Would you be willing to come alongside people like this in partnership with Lebanon Community Church to help them, care for them and pray for the opportunity to share the gospel with them? There are opportunities to help serve community meals, bread ministry and outreach support. All gifting types are appreciated and needed.

Please call or text Michael Cloughessy at (513) 292-1695 for more information.
